CESAR VARGAS, J.D.

Executive Political Director
Cesar Vargas is a nationally recognized leader and innovator at the forefront of the groundbreaking DREAM Act movement. Cesar brings a unique and varied government and political background that extends to the three branches of our government including experience in Congress, Kings County’s District Attorney Office, and the New York State Supreme Court. However, the opportunity to work with exceptional political and community activists is what brings real vigor to his experience. Cesar graduated with honors from the philosophy program at St. Francis College. A recent magna cum laude law school graduate, Cesar Vargas, quickly learned that his commitment to serve his community reaches far beyond the courtroom. From Brooklyn to Washington D.C, he has actively been involved in the fight for the DREAM Act. In fact, he was one of the leading advocate during the 2010 lame duck session to push for the DREAM Act. Cesar was also the original drafter and advocate of a novel piece of legislation in New York State.
ERIKA ANDIOLA

Political Director
Ms. Erika Andiola will oversee a team at the West-US region. Erika has wide-ranging experience in grassroots and political advocacy at the local, state, and national level. Erika, co-founder & first president of the Arizona Dream Act Coalition and board member with United We Dream, has also been a leading figure of the immigrant youth movement. Ms. Andiola recently received the nationally recognized Freedom From Fear Award for her local and national work on the DREAM Act. She worked with Promise Arizona, a grassroots civic engagement organization with a mission to recruit, train and support a new generation of leaders from across the state and register Latinos to vote. Andiola Graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. degree in Psychology.
ERI GARCIA

Online Data Director
With in-depth knowledge of system networks, Eri Garcia will oversee DRM’s national network to ensure optimal communication with clients. Eri has been an active member of the Arizona Dream Act Coalition since its inception. Eri was part of the leading capstone team that worked on the Service-Oriented Autonomous Robot which was programmed using C# and Microsoft Visual Programming Language to autonomously trace a maze without collapsing against the walls. From Java to C#, Eri will use new technology to advance our client’s goals. Eri graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S.E Computer Systems Engineering.
RYAN CAMPBELL, J.D.

Communications Director
As compliance director Mr. Ryan Campbell oversees DRM’s compliance with federal and state lobbying laws. Further, he advises on congressional ethics rules and restrictions. Ryan has an extensive background in public interest advocacy reaching beyond the US. He worked in the Ecuadorian Amazon and Quito, Ecuador, to do research on the environmental rights on the Huaorani under Ecuadorian law. He volunteered at City University of New York School of Laws International Women’s Human Rights clinic, where assisted with legal research and interviews of sex trafficking victims as well at Libertas Center at Elmhurst hospital, a center helping survivors of torture apply for asylum and refugee status. Ryan graduated CUNY School of Law May, 2011.
JOHN CARLO VARGAS

Creative Media Director
Mr. Vargas will oversee a team in coordinating state and national marketing campaigns. He has launched successful campaigns for NYC small businesses enabling them to grow in new markets. He has extensive marketing and new media experience and is well versed in managing online marketing campaigns. Carlos is in his final year at the City University in New York obtaining a double major in Marketing Design & Political Science.
