DRM Capitol Group and the IDREAM Campaign are pleased to announce the launch of the “Su Voz Mi Voto” Campaign. In 2010 the DREAM Act was defeated in the U.S. Senate by only 5 votes. With a broken heart, but a spirit full of hope and strength, undocumented youth publicly declared that 2012 was the year to hold accountable those in congress who were not with us. This year, Dreamers and voters will speak up in the polls.

We will motivate and educate Latino voters that THEIR VOTE in 2012 will be THE VOICE for their undocumented friends, family members and classmates through the “Su Voz Mi Voto” campaign.

The campaign would include print ads, professional videos online, TV PSAs with Dreamers and celebrities, “Su Voz Mi Voto” tool kit with merchandise and much more. Most importantly, we have build a website with comprehensive information for voters, including the“DREAM report card” to identify friends and foes of Latinos. Through our campaign we will pressure candidates in key Latino states, including President Obama, to support and act on the DREAM Act in 2012 if they want the Latino vote.
