Would appreciate if someone can make me understand. Okay I agree that if you have come as a child, that was beyond your control and you should be given residency but if someone entered the country illegally, shouldn’t you face the law and pay the price? So basically all of you are saying is, let people flout laws and come here, reward them and take them in? The argument that you face persecution back home is flawed. Somali’s face more persecution, so shouldn’t they be ahead of the line? What about Syrians. It is never going to stop. You either have a country with laws or you don’t.
